Elder without power

I need serious help because I have my mother who's elderly with lots of medical issues without power. I advised them off her issues. They didn't care now I’m supposed to go without power until the weekend is over. They are accusing need of things that I as a tenant had nothing to with. I recently moved there and from three beginning I had problems with PG&E Everton getting my service transferred. I don't want to lose my mother over there mess.

My family and I need help getting our electric bill turn back on. The bill is under my elder mom's name and my dad is permanently disabled, and there are 2 children in the apartment as well.The bill is $ 1,455.00 and must be paid in full to get reconnection. And I don't have that kind of money to pay the power bill nor does my family. I live in Los Angeles CA 90044. Please can you direct me to where I can go for help.Thank you.
