Power on from power lines and danger

My boyfriend and I have 2 kids; small kids in the house. There are violation codes. I already had an inspector come and check out. I'm waiting on someone to call me to help me find and help pay to get us into another place quick.
I had to call the police on my landlord, code inspectors and I have a lawyer from legal service helping me. We don't have the money to pay our power and when we move to transfer. It to another place. I don't know how long our power going to stay on, because of issue of power lines and the danger of the living condition here. While I have the power on, I’m doing everything I can to get help to get out of this house. We just simple don't have no money! I don't know what to do anymore. I hate to ask for help. Please help!
