utilities and back spasms

I need assistance with my electric bill. It got way out of hand this last winter, due to the constant running of the furnace. It's now over 1600.00, and CMP needs 271.00 and change to prevent disconnection on 11/21/2018. I only get $540.00 a month from Social Security Disability benefits. It’s now impossible, with my husband and I being separated, for me to keep up.
I have a very severe back problem, and it requires an adjustable bed for my condition. This operates on electricity too. Besides the fact that on cool mornings, I have to run the furnace to take the chill off. If I get shivering, it causes my back to spasm so bad, that it puts me into a migraine headache, as well as it makes my back pound so bad, that even my pain meds won't start to touch it. I go for back surgery on September, and hopefully the results will be good. I need assistance with third, as much as I hate to ask. Sorry, to bother you.
