Hello,
I am a disabled senior 69 y/o and my wife is legally blind and can no longer work.
Denver Water is the only agency (company) that absolutely will NOT extend any kind of a plan or discount.
Even though my account is 50 years plus old.
They are so mean to me and so greedy I cannot believe it.
I would rather pay a lawyer to sue them than pay the barely $25.00 per month from my pension.
If only I could...
I need help with this immediately since they told me today I will be shut off.
Which I believe is illegal.
Can you reply ASAP and offer any help?

I have been calling Impact since October 1st to get help with my water bill which is due to be shut off anytime now.  I don't know who else to call to get a payment plan for my water bill. I have tried every agency I have gotten from the 211 line.  I am disabled and I am desperate now.  My gas has been off for 2 months as well.  I make $1016 a month through social security and pay $800 a month for rent.
Please help me.  I have no way of paying these bills. I am on PIPP plan for my electric and gas and I am supposed to pay $61 per month for each utility but before I got on PIPP the gas was disconnected, and I need payment plans for water.  Please help me.
