My husband’s income is 1137 per month, our light bill monthly is always close to $400, I have complained at Georgia power several times but it does no good. Our monthly bills adds up to be more than our income. I'm unable to work, trying to get disability and we have a special needs child, can we please receive help?

I am a full time college student, my husband just had neck surgery and is unable to use right arm now, and we have four children in our home, one with special needs. I have been granted LIEAP to be split between our electric and gas in the amount of $447, however with that being split that only puts $223.50 for our Atmos Gas and our total light bill is $625.57 so that still leaves $402.07. I have been searching for a job for 3 months. My husband will be in recovery for 6 weeks to 6 months, so he is also not in a special category. Anyway we could get assistance? Thank you,
