Any other options for utility bills other than LIHEAP

Good morning,
I was wondering if there was any other help to get besides the Energy assistance program. I already did that & my bill is still very high. It is getting very close to the shut off time on energy bills. I am at the time unemployed. I am on the DVR program to help me get a job, as I am disabled. PLEASE let me know as soon as possible.
