Owe on utility bills but lack a car to pay the charge
I live in Liberty, Missouri, 64068 and have no vehicle. I don't have a shut off notice, but I owe 309.00 by November 3. When you have no transportation it’s tough to get help. If I waited till I got a shut off notice my electric surely would be shut off by the time I got a ride to one of these places. Can you please help!

Ummm...mail in the payment. Or pay online. That is what everyone else does. We have no idea how not having a car justifies you not paying a bill. Millions of people don't have cars and/or don't drive. So here are other options for you on utility bill help in Missouri.
