I am currently unemployed, my husband is an e-4 in the army in North Carolina, and we have a 14 month old son. Our electricity has been shut off we need $252.96 to reconnect it. I have been unable to find any programs that will assist military. I have run out of places to turn and am in serious need of help. I hope you or someone can help us get thru this rough time.

I really need help with my utility bill. My bill for this one month is 710.00 and I have paid so many heating and air companies to come out to see if I have a problem somewhere and they cant find anything wrong. The power company states its my heating unit. My husband is in the military and I work full time but my power bill last month was 481.00 and there is no way I can pay 710.00 this month. Can someone please point me in the right direction on getting help.
