help!! dont know where to go or what to do

Hey i need some help and i have no ideal what to do the only place that offers help dose not have any funding to help my wife and me. my wife is 20 years old and i am 19 we have a beautiful little girl that is 4 mouths old, we are behind on our water bill,light bill and rent payment. our lights are due to get cut off Tuesday July 14 and if that happens i am scare that some one will call Department of Children and families and we could lose our little girl. I do not know what to do everytime something starts to go right for once something bad happens. I live in Missouri in wright county if any one know some place that could help us please let me know.
