Utility, rent, and security deposit Lorain Ohio

I am a single 21 year old mother of a 2 year old girl. and I'm from Lorain Ohio. We currently have no where to stay and I am looking into a house. The landlord says as long as I turn the electric and gas on in my name we can have the keys. One problem. To turn the electric on I need a 90.00 deposit (ohio edison) I recently had my window busted out of my car and my purse stolen I make on average 350 a week, but just cant seem to get caught up after the 600 was stolen out of my car =( I am in desperate need of help with this security deposit and have NO ONE to help me, what is there for me to do...?

For energy bill aid, contact your utility company and ask about Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) and the Ohio Energy Credit (OEC) Program. both of these provide electric bill assistance.
