Its 4 am and I can't sleep since PG&E gave me a shut of notice (06/18/16)
After being one payment behind on the discount plan! My total bill is under 300.00 and I been a loyal customers for 20 + years!
I am not working, just found out I'm borderline diabetic and have some soft tissue tumor growing on my foot that is really effecting my mobility. Next Thursday I'll see a specialist.
My parents are tapped out and just can't help me as well as (out of work) other resources hitting a low right now also.
I was searching for "rural assistance" or "discounts" people for Sutter county California when I found you.
Please respond, I only have until 06/18/16.

I do have a question about discount electric and utility bills.
Can you please help me where I can find summer discount electric bill in somewhere Phoenix AZ?
Salvation Army said only 21 dollars discount every month.
SRP says budget will be my average $140 monthly on utility bills. I can't do that because it is too high for my low income. My SSDI is only $821 monthly because I live alone.
I want to get like 50 % discount or I can get $125 summer monthly start June to Sept. Something like that.
