San Jose Utility Bill Assistance

I live in San Jose California and I need help with my utility bill. I am afraid my service may be disconnected. I owe almost $500 and am a few months behind. my roomate moved out, and now behind on my rent and electric bills. I am trying to find a new roomate, but could use some help until that happens. I think San Jose has Pacific Gas & Electric. If so, here are a few ways to get energy bill help in San Jose. CARE program, Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA), which provides rate reduction programs, and look into the, which offers monthly credits.

I have a shut off notice for my PGE and I also cannot afford my water bill due on the 5th. I have a child with medical problems which makes it crucial to have PGE. I don't know what to do. I've already sold off any and everything worth a dime to pay our other bills. We only have an income of $799 which does not go far for a family of 4 in San Jose California.
