I live with my fiancee with her parents in fairborn Ohio. I have a 600 electric bill and a bunch of medical bills that I can't afford to pay off. Can't move into a place on our own because of my credit. She doesn't work and I only get a lil above min wage. Still don't have a car and I pay rent, 2 phone bills, and groceries. Is there anything I can do without having to get a loan? I don't want to have to pay it back, because I still can't afford it

Yes, you do ideally want to stay away from a loan. There are a number of options in Ohio, and click here to find more information. Towards top are statewide resources, and midway down are local agencies and resources for each county. We also have information on credit and debt counseling, so maybe those non-profits can help you improve your credit and scores, so that you can get a loan for something else in the future.
