Have no job and can't make payments

Funny but what bank or loan company wants to help a person who has no job? By going to them you are admitting you don't have a job and can't make your payments...do you think they are really concerned about you? or your family? They want their money

yes, as many banks want to work with people. If you can pay them say 20% of what you owe, and the only other choice is bankruptcy, a bank or lender would much rather get their 20% on a loan then nothing from a bankruptcy filing. That is why you need to contact them and work with them to get help on loans and debts.
