Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I need a roofing, kitchen, bathroom grant or loan, I have bad credit because of co-signing with someone. I've used the equity in my current home to fix up the my new home, but did not have enough money for the roof and a kitchen and bath, banks and other lending companies are willing to help, but need for me to be in the new home to help, I cannot move into the new home until a new room, bathroom and kitchen are installed. (according to that towns inspections)

Is there a grant or home improvement loan that I can get for people with bad credit an a fixed income so that I can get this home repaired.
