Training school in machinery

Hi, I am looking for all the time and trying to get a grant or loan to help me pay for and finacially to go to a training school and get an education in in heavy machinary so that I can assist with building new homes for the poor.

Apprenticeship, including for machinery training, and job training and assistance programs are sponsored and operated on a voluntary basis by individual businesses, employers, partnerships, employer associations, or other agreements between employers and labor unions
