Need help with paying rent and electric

i do need help with my bills i only recieves 8-- a month and my rent is 670+ and my electric is 2--+ a month. i have to write checks to get along every-month but once i do that what i do get covers that and i just can't get out of the hole like this. i am disabled not able to work and not only am i trying to get back on track and it just seems so hard but i do trust that god is going to see me trought it all, i just need a little help along the way. i'm a diabetic and worring is not good i can't seem to keep my numbers leveled and dealing with the fact that both of my cars were stolen and having to pay people to take me here and there is also killing me . i just need some help, please help me if you can. if you feel that my needs is not of being help i can understand i've been disappointed so much til it hurts so another diappointments won't matter but the help will be appreciated.
