Problems paying bills

i am having problems paying my bills and need any type of assistance that you can provide. I live in SOuth Carolina and the unemployment rate is over 10%. no one has jobs and everyone I know is struggling. While I am staying optimisitc and know things will get better, is there anyway you can send me money to help me thru this time with paying my bills.

Try the salvation army, a community action group, and contact the state government in Columbia.
