3rd eviction

Hi, I am a single mom of a 5 year old boy. We live in Tacoma, Washington and are in the process of being evicted and need advice. This will be my 3rd eviction if this happens. The last 2 were due to roommates not paying and I've been stuck paying them all on my own. This is my last month at my apartments I've lived for 3 years and I've never had an issue until now. We will be homeless and may never be able to find housing again. Please help!

I'm in desperate need of some kind of help. I am facing my 3rd eviction and I had to appeal my disability hearing and I don't want to be on the streets. I am on food stamps and that's it my landlord wants us out I need 2000.00 that's my back rent and my electric. If I can give my landlord 1200.00 I will own the trailer I'm in and all I have to do is pay lot rent and my electric. Please help me ASAP or you can call one of 2 cells.

If 3rd eviction, we doubt any agency will help you. You are obviously doing something wrong. Maybe home unaffordable, not enough income, or whatever. No one should be in a cycle of evictions ever, much less 3 times. Try the Southern Indiana community action agency for assistance, information, stability programs, and more.
