Relocation for the disabled and my daughter

I need emergency rent assistance and possible emergency travel assistance to see a dying parent. I am blind with Multiple sclerosis raising an autistic daughter. I am also a domestic abuse survivor. This area does not help women and the disabled. I was abandoned by my ex husband who was my abuser. We need to relocate and I am still unemployed as a blind person. Please can You Help Us! There is an emergency relocation program in New York City, and it is run by community services. Now this is very rare, but it may be an option to call on if you do have a dying relative.
