Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I am a senior of 69. I’m having problems in finding a low cost rental. I've put in several applications and of course the waiting list is so long I’ll be 80 by the time my name comes up. That’s if I live that long. Right now I'm staying at a friend’s house sleeping on the floor. If you can help me I would be most grateful. I live in Long Beach California. Please help.

I am 60 years old senior and my lease is running out on 4/30/16. I've been searching nonstop for housing, been denied and was wondering if there's an agency that could help me find somewhere to live.
