i need help to pay rent,food and school

Hi,i am an undergraduate student in Ukraine with no where to go.I don't have money or friends and people who can help me pay for my rent.My time is even over due and i am facing starvation.Coupled with all these,i still have to pay my remaining tuition.I can't hide or bear from the stress anymore and i really don't know who or where to turn to.I feel trapped and truamatised.Please can somebody help me?
