Help with Back Rent

Post by Klittleangel4 »

To whom it may concern;

I am looking for some wonderful person with a loving caring heart who would be gracious enough to donate money to me. I was hoping this person may be you. I am a 51 year old married woman, who has been trying to raise my grand - daughter. My husband is working but is only making minimum wage for a state run park. In winter, the park he works at is closed. His paycheck is our only source of income in the household from April 1st to October 31st. Which means when winter comes around he gets unemployment witch the state only gives him $63.00 every two weeks. So I will not have any money in our house to pay bills. We are behind on our rent by $2,100 and every month adds another month on. Also he has to pay money to his ex-wife, so when we do have money it isn't ours because he has to give it to her on the $1000.00 back support for her.
I also used to work as a security guard, but I am no longer allowed to work because last year in January we had a large snowstorm. I was not able to plow my driveway and get my truck out so I ended up having to walk. Since I only worked about a miles down the road, I thought I would be fine. I had only gotten halfway down the hill from my house before I fell. I went to my doctor and Sandra L. Cotton; ANP told me that I had cracked my sixth vertebrate. Sandra L. Cotton sent my boss and I a letter that stated when I had to work I was suppose to have help. Well, when I went to work I was still the only one working; no help! When I went to my doctor (Sandra L. Cotton) again, because she wanted to check on me, she stated that overtime while I was working, by lifting and carrying objects I had messed up my neck more; from through my third vertebrate in my neck to my first vertebrate in my back (T1). Now I walk with a cane and I am not allowed to lift anything or even stand too long to do household chores such as; dishes, laundry, dusting ceilings and walls, sweeping and walking, or even cooking dinner! I have all the paper work to prove what I am telling you, if you would like to verify this, let me know and I will mail them. I have always been a person to do everything myself now my husband and granddaughter do everything for me. I was always busy. I could not sit still. I use to help others when they need help. I donated time and money for years. I even have a trophy for donating time helping. I loved my job. I worked there 10 years. I would still be working there if I did not get hurt. I do not have health insurance so whenever I need my medication I have to pay $1.00 each prescription threw the state. There are 23 different medications I have to take. I have doctor bills in collection that is over $15,000.00. Get three bills at least one day a week.
I just found out my heart has gotten worse. . I have to go to a specialist. They may need to operate and put a stent in or replace a valve. Here comes more medical bills. What am I to do? Not go! To prevent the bills.
The only reason there is food in my home is because we get food stamps. We used to get $386.00 in the winter because of no work, now we only get $129.00 because they cut us back because he is working and they go by gross income. I have tried for disability two times. But each time they have denied me and stated that I did not need because I can still walk. Sandra L. Cotton and the specialist told me that all I have to do is turn the wrong way and I will be paralyzed for life. This is the reason why I turned to ask you for $1000.00 or more to try to pay some of my rent and his ex-wife the money she is owed and my house hold bills; (Car insurance, electric and phone) I pay my car insurance so that my husband can get to work. My phone is going to be shut off and I need it because of my health. I keep my electric paid up because of my health. Any little bit will help!
I have Environmental Allergies, Heart Disease, Headache (Migraines), Arthropathy, Unspecified, Site Unspecified, Gerd (gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), Inflammation Of The Esophagus, Airway Obstruction, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure,
High Cholesterol or Triglycerides, Neck Pain, Back Pain, Disturbance of Skin Sensation, History of Seasonal Allergies, Liver Disease, Iron Deficiency Anemia, Mini Stroke, and Depression. My depression is so bad I cry a lot because I am falling apart and no one to help us. I talk to god ever day or I would not stay sane. Please help me!! I need my bills paid so I can get a little peace of mind. Any little bit will help! Winters coming again and our income will be gone again. If you do decide to help out and or donate the money here is my email address and home address.

While of course we at needhelppayingbills can't send money, you can provide you information. That is what we do. And while I hate to say it, free money just doesn't exist.
Preston West Virginia, which is your county, is served by many charities that can help with bills, rent, debt counseling, housing issues, and much more. Find Preston County WV financial assistance programs, not-for profits, and other organizations for you.

I am a single mom with a precious daughter and live in Austin Texas. I cam to a time in my life were I have to start over. I am becoming a manager at a Subway restaurant. I plan on going back to school to get a career and be able to take care of me and my child better. I really need help paying rent, only once to get a head start in life. Over two years ago I sold my car to pay rent so I would not get evicted. I was working 70 hours a week in fastfood and bought a used car. My transport to work was very far on the freeway and my car broke down. I found the job I have now which is much closer to where I live. I am working on being able to get another car to get to work, find a higher paying job, get my daughter to school, her doctor, and where ever she needs to be. Also transportation would greatly help in going to the grocery store or in case of an emergency. Any help paying bills will be used to making a better life for me and my child. I am extrmely determined to do that and I am going to do it the best I can.

Here is a comprehensive listing of Austin rental programs. But I think you need supporting in getting back on track over long term, as selling car to pay rent is never a good idea and is not sustainable. Places in Austin Texas like the Travis County Family Support Services Division call (512)267-3245 may be good options for you.

Is that Warren County Ohio, and we believe this Warren is in many states. If not we need the state. If so, here are Warren County assistance programs and resources for rent and other housing needs. Call places like the Salvation Army of South Lebanon at 513-494-1911 for information on the back rent you owe, which can sometimes be called arreage.

I am 65, single, and on 4/14/2012 was approved for SSI. I have a medical issue which caused me to miss a lot of work, which resulted in a low paycheck. I was unable to pay 3 months rent which resulted in a eviction notice. My court date is 4/24/2012. I am low income and disabled. I have no one to help pay my rent, and will be homeless very soon. My car is for sale on internet, but may not sell in time. The added stress has worsened the medical issue, and have had to seek mental health. I have tried to resolve this myself without any results. I would like to stay in my home if possible. My SSI will cover the rent once I receive it 5/1/2012. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help . I don’t have a lot of time.

If you are behind on your rent, and facing eviction, we are jumping to the conclusion that you may qualify for free legal aid in Michigan as income must be low enough. So try that for dealing with the eviction. Many attorneys will in fact help tenants fight evictions, and they may be able to refer people to emergency rental programs too. Try selling your car as well to a dealer...may be quicker. Anyway, here is the information on free legal aid Michigan and who to call.

Hi. I am 117 years old, I been having a hard time with our family, we lost our home in Laredo Texas, back in November. 2010. We moved to Dallas with one of my sisters, but we had to move soon from their because she had housing section 8. So so we found a little apartment that look like a storage. He rented us the apartment for 150 a month, but if we fix the apartment. He won’t change a thing, so we family of 6 are fixing it little by little. We stayed almost a year, but he started charging more because we had already fix it to a room. We couldn’t afford paying the rent as it went up to $450. I was a minor, mom and sisters illegal and the others with kids, under 18. everybody separated to different homes...so from that time on we are moving around, from place to place from city to city. Now we got together again and I need to ask for a loan from a family member and finally got an apartment. But the one we got is $680 rent please water and $25 light. We got this one because it was the only one that accepted us the our big family, but they said he can’t be heard or seen, so my nephews don’t go outside and play. They do not go inside because we are in the second for her. My sister, she has 6 kids including 2 boys and 4 girls, all under 8 of age. She is also undocumented with no ID. She was raised here, but didn’t graduate, so she also is hard for her. I have one child and pregnant, my mom and sister is 16 years old and neither have jobs. Like I said my mom and sister are undocumented and my sister is under age and me at a high risk pregnancy. I am asking for rental help, or any think available, we are so desperate and tired of trying and trying and never getting back on our feet. Please if there is a way of help, please Help us. I have applied for housing and section 8 but still waiting. It has been almost two years already, and nothing I am looking for. I need a 3 bedroom housing for myself, my son, and my daughter. My husband and I have been separated for over a year. I have struggled finding full time employment, feeling just a hair short of better skills needed to earn about $35K yearly to sustain my family's needs. I am pursuing educational opportunities in hopes that insurance certificate of proficiency will help boost my resume and employability within a long-term career. I am working part-time and have sales opportunities available Thursdays and Fridays, but unable to take advantage since I have no one to watch my daughter. I am waiting subsidized daycare so I can maximize my earning potential giving my current ability and options. I feel like I'm spinning my wheels and trapped I need help and appreciate any advice you may have.

Mom lost job, but will soon start working again. Owes back rent at $8000. Has ACS case and ACS unable to help because family is not legal residents yet. Her 17 year old son is developmentally disabled, and had back surgery today at NYU. Son requires special medical and educational services on going. Need a financial resource to prevent eviction ASAP.

Hi, I need help on a late rent payment in Oakland California. I currently don't live in the apartments that I owe the late rent payment to due to me moving into my new apartment but the payment still has to be made. When I was living at my old apartment, rent was due at the first of every month but I wasn't able to make my rent payment of 650.00 for October because I was having financial problems and couldn't afford it. I talked to the landlord and got a extension and was giving until the end of October to pay the 650.00 plus the 50.00 late fee so a total of 700.00. That apartment lease is up on October 31st and I no longer live in that apartment anymore because I found a new one that I'm living in now. The security deposit was 372.16. 300.00 for the actual security deposit than 72.16 was the prorated amount because I moved in 5 days before the month was over with and Novembers rent is free because my rental application got approved and because I signed a 12 month lease and that was the special that was going on at the time. I can not afford the 700.00 rent payment that I still owe to my last apartment for the month of October because of the 372.16 that went towards my new apartment and because I have other expenses that I have to pay for which is my car payment, car insurance, cell phone bill, my every day living needs and especially my son because I am a single mother. I need help and any help that's provided would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and I hope to hear back from someone soon.

I am a single mother of three and we recently moved to the area. I am employed and I am currently living with family members, but I am looking to get an apartment or small house. I am unable to save enough for a deposit, first and last months rent, so I am reaching out and seeking some assistance for me and my children. We are transitioning to a new state and we need some assistance.

Good Afternoon:
I am in need of paying my back rent. I had to move to another unit because of plumbing problems with the other unit I was in. I am in the same complex, just a different unit. I had to pay for movers, therefore that cut into my rent for May. I informed the landlord I would be late, and they said ok. Next thing I know I received a letter from their lawyer stating I owe back pay, plus legal fees. This was unexpected, the extra $300 plus $816.00 which include a late fee. I just need to know is there any help out there for Nov. rent. I can pay April rent. I am so stressed right now I don’t know which way to turn. Dealing with the bad plumbing for months, moving expenses now this. Can you please direct me to any help at all? Thanks.
