I am a stay at home mom of 2 children, all under 10. My fiancé is a cement mason in the local union here but has been laid off since mid October. His unemployment barely if at all covers rent, utilities, water/sewer, car payment, car insurance rent and phone. I had to borrow money to pay December's rent, am behind 2 weeks on rent for January - and am having trouble gathering the funds for it, and Aprils rent is due in two more weeks. He should be back to work by the end of March but this is nearly impossible to make any additional money to help.

Our landlord is going to kick us out of our rental home next week if we don’t pay 600$ that we owe. Well, we recently got into a bind with lack of income, losing hours, no work etc and we just need help. My wife has been looking for a job and still hasn't found any yet. We need prayers as well as a miracle. Please help somehow. Thanks a lot.

We moved to Fort Collins for my husband's "full time" job but he was laid off with no notice on June 5. He worked what was to be a 4-month contract to hire starting on Dec. 3. The expected end date was May 15, but he finished his assignment thoroughly and ahead of schedule, hoping to be hired as an employee. But the employer laid him off before his contract ended instead. Since we anticipated a paycheck through the April 3 pay period, and use auto pay for bills, the sudden layoff caught us off guard. My account (household account) is over drafted, and our rent is due on April 1. We also, of course, lost our health insurance, and my husband and I are in need of continued doctor visits. But it must immediate need is help paying the rent and buying food. We have been through this many times since my husband was laid off in 2000 and out of work for 14 months. Since then, most of his work has been as a contractor (computer systems analyst). We already lost our home to foreclosure in 2010, my health is poor, and the stress is overwhelming. So if we could get assistance with the rent until my unemployment checks begin to come in it would lift a heavy burden from our already bowed backs.

I am currently 1 1/2 months behind on my rent. Every single bill in my house is overdue. I'm currently am unemployed and have a roommate whom cannot pay the bills alone. We are both exhausted all of our funds. We cannot get any payday loans or any financial resources at this time. We both has been asked to move by our landlord due to unpaid rent. We both have no where to go and will be homeless. We are barely surviving and barely have enough food at this time. I do receive food stamps however no cash. I do not know what to do. I live in Blue Island, IL. There is no funding in this suburb to help me...I'm lost please help me. Thank you. Majority of my family is deceased including my brother, my aunts, and my Grandparents. I am no longer in contact with my mom and dad or sister. Please help me.

We need Emergency Rental Assistance. My 5 children need help with $600. I just had a baby so I haven’t been able to start working yet. So now my rent is late and the property manger of my apartment complex in Forest Park, GA said I have until July 26th to get the delinquent balance or he would put the 6 of us out!!

As I told him I didn't even have money to buy my children Christmas gifts. That sucks for me I feel so bad. I wish I could really save my apartment & be able to get a job. I want to try to make it & for me to be able to take care of my children. Please HELP OR MY 5 & I WILL BE ON THE STREETS July 26th. Please help my family!!

Me and my kids are homeless. We have been moving around for a few months. We are now sleeping at one friend to another month to month. I work full time. My credit is okay but I have a dismissed eviction on my record so its been hard to get approved for an apartment.
There's finally a landlord willing to approve me. I've paid the security deposit but I only have a little under half for the first months rent which is twelve hundred. I can afford this but I had to pay the person we've been staying with so if there is any help or resources please let me know as it is greatly appreciated.

My landlord is talking about turning the water off so the pipe's don't freeze cause I have not been able to get the electric back on. So if you could please help me in the right direction for help with my electric and rent I would greatly appreciate it. I don't want me and my children to be homeless, thank you.

My family and I were given a 72 hour eviction notice as well as the three apartments next door. We still don't understand why but are currently homeless and have 2 kids in school. We are looking immediately for small inexpensive apartments but all require a heavy deposit or much rent up fromt. We are currently trying to come up with the rent but is very hard on a new job getting minimal hours and paying a motel to keep our kids in.

I need immediate rental assistance to get caught up with my landlord. By all rights he could kick me out now because I have owed him a couple of hundred for a few months now and it seems impossible to get caught back up. I have never needed this kind of immediate assistance before. But someone stole money from me and everything has snowballed from there.
