Free heat and repairs for trailer

i live in a trailer in Westchester NY and i have no money to afford heat or heaters trailer needs some repairs i cant afford is there anyone who will help with free heat and repairs to trailer i was given a trailer but cant afford to have it moved or set up do you know anybody that could help with that im 47 and im on a fixed income my email address is thank you for any help you can give me
