Hi, there! I recently moved into a tiny
Cabin, and when I looked at it
with the Owner, he told me that all of
the things I pointed out on a Walk-
Through List would be taken care of
By the time I moved in, 3 months later!
By then, the movers had loaded boxes &
Boxes into my new place, on TOP of filthy conditions. I need free legal advice for some questions, I need help with moving assistance and rent; I have a wonderful mover, but I would like to pay him in advance if I could.
Thank you for your Kindness &
Consideration!

P. S. The landlord has still neither cleaned the unit, nor is the stove or heater working, and I have to UNplug the refrigerator to use the microwave; it's
been TWO months now, and he won't return
my calls or emails to PLEASE get this done before it gets any Colder. To whom can I turn for answer to legal issues? I need to move Soon! I only need help with Security Deposit.
Thank You,

It sounds like you have some serious landlord / tenant legal issues to deal with. Below is info on how to get free legal advice and representation. Attorneys and lawyers operate in many states and provide pro-bono legal advice. They can even help you and direct you to programs for paying your rent and deposts.

Hello ~
I came to the needhelppayingbills site through doing a Google search. Here is my issue that I am experiencing at present. I am undergoing an eviction notice and according to needhelppayingbills, this is the information that I read and understood to my understanding: " DSHS Emergency Programs – For people in a crisis and with landlord concerns, public resources can be prioritized by Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. Housing concerns, including eviction, legal aid, homelessness and delinquent rent". My main issue is to raise a total of $892 to cancel/stop the eviction process from going further. I have also been contacting local organizations in assisting me to raise the said amount and I will not know when to expect any responses as I have contacted them through emails as I only have limited minutes on my prepaid phone to make emergency calls as needed. Until I receive a verification & confirmation from my new employer for my first day to work, I am in a financial bind. I have looked through the application form through DSHS online, and I cannot see a section that includes or stating DSHS Emergency Programs on it. So it is my intent to gather as much information from you and see to it that I can apply for the Emergency Programs through DSHS immediately as this is an urgent matter. I look forward to your immediate response.

Good afternoon, I have 3 kids and I’m behind my rent. Today is the 22nd and I only have paid half of the rent of July's rent. August is just around the corner and don’t know what I’m going to do. My husband is the only one working and can't seem to catch up with our bills, please any help will tremendously help us. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Thanks once again.

Maybe try some of the free legal aid in Arizona. They also address landlord/tenant challenges. Read more.
In general, they will offer free advice. But at the end of the day you will need to come up with money to pay the landlord; a lawyer will not help there.
