6.25 offer to refinance from my lender

Hello,
I am in search of Mortgage Assistance to help with my current mortgage loan. My lender has offered a modification with interest rate of 6.25% which is not helping my situation much. I entered a trial modification which was completed successfully but it was very difficult. I am in the State of OHIO and would appreciate any information you have that can help me keep my home. I have read that some programs can work with your monthly income by keeping your payment within 31%. I went through a divorce in 2007-2008 and was a full time stay at home mom at the time for 11 years. It has just taken time to make financial gains but the large monthly payment was a huge set back.
Any help you can provide will be appreciated, as 6.25% doesn't seem right.
Thank you.

This is my second request to try to lower the 6.25% percent mortgage refinance offer. I would appreciate info back - thank you.
I was collecting unemployment. I just found out I have no more unemployment. My wife receives SSI we used this money to pay our mortgage . I am supposed to receive my first Social security payment in August and my 1st pension check the end of July. I Just received a united illuminating shut off notice for 5/28/20. I am currently looking for a job but have had no luck so far refinancing the loan offer from my lender. Looking to see what assistance we can get until my pension and social security kicks in.
Thank you for your help.
