USDA house

A month ago, my husband and I bought a house on a 55 + community. We could buy it through the USDA program. Few days ago we realized that the cabinet under the kitchen sink is all rotted and out of the house on the part of the wall where the kitchen sink is located, there is water. My husband checked, but he can't see where the water is coming from. We need to fix it and change the cabinet, but we don't have the money.
I don't believe the insurance is going to cover with such a short time we bought it. We are looking for finance help. Do you have a program that we can apply for finance help? Please let us know. Thank You.

I live in Imperial Valley, CA. I am a senior using USDA to help pay my rent. My son is moving to Chula Vista, CA. and I would like to be close to him, can you help me find some assistance for my rent so I can be close to my family. Or maybe USDA can get me a mortgage for a house?

Hello,
I am homeless and need help. My son is homeless in Gardena, CA and has found a job along with a place to live.
He needs to come up with $700 to secure the USDA sponsored place. He won’t be getting paid for another week or so.
Will your organization help with a loan or grant? He is an awesome young man and a little help would be a blessing.
We have called 211 and unfortunately, it’s a long process to get assistance. He does have any addictions or mental health issues.
If we can secure this USDA house, he can start college and play rugby. There are so much more we need but anything will be great.

The USDA has both rent and mortgage programs. Maybe try them. They may help settle you into a new house. Find details on USDA assistance programs for rent.
