HUD home buying program

I worked managing a home health agency for many years but I now have had this RA for 27 years. At last I had to resign my career which I loved and began to focus on my health and the kids learning. They are now in the Early College Program at GA College @ State University. (It’s my understanding there's only 10 such programs in GA).
I so desperately need my own home! I have never been able to get thru to that HUD program and want a modest but comfortable home in Baldwin County GA where I can be closer to the school, church etc. This past winter took a huge toll on my spine but with a great doctor I get blocks epidural so.
I have worked caring for people all my life and have wonderful references. I think HUD can help buy people like me a home. I am feeling like a burden to my male partner whom I had been with since late 2001 then in 2013 we stopped sharing bedrooms, money etc. there is not a day goes by his words are not hard and hurt! I just want to have a home that I will probably finish my life in, but I must see them graduate college!! Please, help me!
Stress makes my RA bouts come like a vengeance, I am not allowed any biological mess anymore because during routine Blood work they found that I now have Hepatitis C. What I am going to do about this yet, my 1st need is a home, where it’s quiet, normal, peaceful and I think I can begin to enjoy my many hobbies again. I like plants, refurbishing something old into something pretty and my dream of having a parent. My kids and I are animal lovers, my daughter wants to be a vet, my son a marine biologist. I live to see them reach their dreams but the pain of this disease in growing with time. I pray this isn't another hoax.

Hello,
I read the site related to HUD and assistance for people over 60 on disability. I have a small home and mortgage, but want to buy a new home. I may lose my home by September which is when any extra funds in family and savings have expired. I need help. Please. I can maintain my home. I can drive.
I suppose my medical history is required which is available through disability state government Georgia. I can also send the extensive medical records, doctors, SS letters of yearly payments and insurance to the HUD office. For the year it is 20,000 and each month I receive 15,040 after insurance is withheld. My remaining mortgage is around 85,000, and pay 720 per month.

Hello,
I am 23 years old and I have 3 wonderful children. I am writing HUD because I was wondering how do I go about getting help with buying a house. I do work but its just me and I don't have any help. So I cannot get a loan because I don't make enough and I just started building my credit. I live in Raleigh, NC and if you could help me that would be great.

Good Morning, I am interested in obtaining some information on any type of financial assistance from HUD for buying a home that I can get right now, or be eligible for.
I am in somewhat of bad straights right now. As of June 14th my 95 year old mother passed away from a fall in which she broke her neck, and suffocated the last few days of her life. For the past year I had been her primary care giver in fact, I had to give up 2 jobs, in order to take care of her.
In Mother's will the house of where I am living in presently must be sold, and what monies coming out of the sale will be divided up between my 3 sisters and myself. The house is planning to be put on the market sometime in September and I would like to buy it. I am hoping HUD can help. I have to move or if by some miracle I can find a way financially to buy my sisters out with a grant or a combination of a lot of things I can stay in the house and have the house be mine. The only reason why the house is to be sold is because I just don't make enough money to afford the taxes and upkeep of the house. I would really like it if I did not have to move out.
I am a veteran, I am on ss//dib. I do work p/t but working within ss/dib earnings rules.
Roughly I clear about 1100 a month. The house was appraised about 3 years ago for about 243,000 dollars. I would be a first time home buyer. I do live in Brevard NC 28712
I am hearing something about a USDA loan or grant program for first time home buyers. Is that possible in my area?
I am a legal assistant. I am also a sitting NC Notary Public. I hold a BSBA in information technology from Colorado tech online, but I am having a horrible time trying to find a job.

Hi,
An early Shabbat Shalom! I was just sending a note because I'm doing some research on trying to buy my first home and hoping HUD has a home buying program. I see that your organization does excellent things as far as helping members of the Jewish community who are in crisis. Thankfully, that is not a problem
My wife and I are in that weird position where we have enough money to pay a mortgage bill and do the upkeep on a house, but not enough money to make the downpayment without HUD help. Do you know of any programs within the Jewish community that offer either down payment assistance, reduced rate, or forgivable mortgages?
