Low income mortgage programs

Hi, our house is in foreclosure with the sale date on 12-30-15. My husband was laid off, but now is working part time. The deed is in his name, but the mortgage is in his mother's name. Our income is about $800.00 a month. Can you help us stop this foreclosure?

if your income is $800, how do you plan on paying for a mortgage? much less food, utilities, medical, clothes, and every other bill. Impossible. You need to reasses everything. One agency to try is the Alliance for Stabilizing Homes here.
