Hi
I am a single mom of 3 trying to buy my first home. I’m looking for some help for the down payment required to purchase a home. Right now I make around $800 a month, but get $1000 a month in child support, although my eldest just turned 18 and I’ll loose child support for her when she graduates in June. I was wanting some information on this program to see if I would qualify. I have prequalified for almost $100,000 to purchase a home, but I don’t have the cash for a down payment.
Thank you so much for any help you can offer.

I was wondering if you offered help with down payments for a mortgage for a new home. I currently live in Marion WI, I have been trying for the past three months to find a place where I can get a mortgage. I don't have enough money saved for a down payment and I need to get out of my apartment.
I have a horrible landlord who will not repair anything. I have had a broken patio door since May that is not fixed yet, my heating bills are getting higher and higher, and my kitchen sink smells like something died in it. He doesn't want me to call a plumber and he has said many times that he will come look at it but he hasn't yet done so.
If you could help me or have any other suggestions as to where I could get help with a downpayment for a house please let me know as soon as possible. I have tried everything I can think of to get this man to fix these issues. I've tried calling him, texting him, stopping at his work, and even not paying the rent, and he just doesn't seem to care. If there is any kind of program out there that could help me I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.

I have been booted from my apartment for not having sufficient money to pay my rent. It was $700 and my sister and I were renting. She left and I asked to get a smaller apartment but there was just a $15 difference. I had no choice but to break my lease and now I have bad credit. I really need your help paying back $1578 to those apartments in order to find me and my son a new home.
