Presently, I need help getting out of one apartment and getting into another. Also, I would like information on how to stop renting and purchase a home, so need info on mortgages.
I am so tired of renting. My present landlord make me pay court fees which take my entire checks because I get paid twice a month and it takes both my checks to pay my rent. I have never not paid my rent but I can help if it takes both checks and they will not reason with me. So instead of paying $870.00 per month for say a mortgage I pay $1,127.00 per month and this is my entire check. I have no money to pay electric and get food from cupboards.

That is great that you want to buy. There are often pre-counseling services for potential buyers. They have information on finding a property, entering into a contract, and maybe even suggestions on down payment assistance or for closing costs. The best place for this information, and it is free, is a HUD counseling agency.
