Hello, I am trying to research assistance with all of my finances. I am on disability. I receive just fewer than 850.00 a month. My living expenses including debt and out of pocket medical expenses are much more than this each month. I am curious about all of my options I'm even wondering about my ability to purchase a home or an income property. When I look at a lot of the websites for assistance, etc it seems overwhelming. ( ex. your website, HUD, MOC, FannieMae, etc) I can give more exact details of my situation if someone would be willing to speak with me and figure out if there is any help out there for me. Thank you for your time and I look forward to speaking with someone soon. Sincerely.

Hi,
I have been the sole provider for my household.
My husband has been ill for over 10 years. He doesn't receive any income. Previous law enforcement.
I am also sick, 2 heart surgeries, and fibromyalgia. I have been working part time for almost 8 years as an office manager in a dental office. I was also a mail carrier of over 30 years.
However, I lost my job in February this year. My doctor hated me, fired me at 1st. heart attack, only to have it overturned by corporate. Problems with him ever since. So finally fired me! Refusing a reference and vowed to not give a reference. Stating I wrote unauthorized prescriptions. Totally untrue, as I wrote and signed all of them. And the read the data sheet daily. Just to avoid my unemployment.
So now, we have used all our savings, we finally were trying to buy a small cheap home, so our monthly mortgage payments would be very low. Now we have $300 left!! We are living in a foreclosed home, waiting for the eviction note to come. I was able to get on state medical assistance and food stamps. Bills currently paid. BUT that will STOP VERY soon.
HELP......
We live in McHenry Illinois

I need a house for my children and me, and this will be my first purchase. I am hoping that I can get assistance in making a purchase with the Mortgage in Hampton or Varnville SC. If a home purchase can't be made at this time if only I can get a very nice place for rent or rent to own. I have a fixed income to pay my future mortgage due to disability but I don't want to live in the apartments...thanks.

Good morning,
I'm wondering if you might be able to help me if there is a mortgage program in town the help assist with up to $5,000 for a down payment to purchase a house.
I was told the name of the program and now I have forgotten it and wondered if you might be able to refer me.
Wapello County Mortgage Assistance for the down payment up to 5,000 for a first time buyer.
Thank you for your time
Have a great day!
