I am having trouble refinancing and need help with my mortgage. It is upside doen,. What options do I have?

I suggest a mortgage modification.
I know that what can help in this situation is a mortgage modification, as it is not a refinance or appraisal of your existing mortgage. It is changing your current mortgage to help your payments, or to stop a mortgage foreclosure. It can work even if home value decreased. Here is a good resource to learn more.

My name is Kandace. My address is: Oklahoma City OK 73170 United States.I am currently needing help with my mortgage due to an unforeseen financial emergency. My ex-husband was found by his current wife masturbating in my son's bed. We had to file an emergency temporary order with the courts to suspend his visitation. We had to pay a large retainer to my attorney, guardian ad Litem, and parenting coordinator. This left us behind in our mortgage and the loan I owe is more than the house is worth. Here is a copy of the granted emergency order.
