Citigroup has several mortgage assistance programs for homeowners and people who lost their job, or are sick. So your mom may qualify for these assistance programs. One of the main services is the Citi Home Modification Program. Among other tools, this will provide home loan modifications, lower interest rates, Citibank customers with longer repayment terms, and will explore other options, all with the goal of helping homeowners remain in their home and property.

Hello,
I was just looking at your website fir information. I am desperately seeking help. I am being told by Citi Bank that after one year of waiting for them to help me I do not qualify for any help and so foreclosure is the next step. How can I stop this from happening? I have only 5 more years on my mortgage and it would be paid. After 20 + years of paying on my modest little 3 room home it looks as though I'm now going to loose it. What a heartbreak. My husband an I have had 3 surgeries between us on the last year. He is currently recovering from major open heart surgery and although he is going to try to go back to work if his DR's say he can, I believe it is way to soon. He will be 65 in a few days and I am very worried about him. I am totally stressed and sleepless and in need of help. How can I learn if I have any options other than loosing my home of 20+ years. Can you offer me any hope

Our home has been foreclosed on without us being notified, The Loan Server at Citi Mortgage left without notice and the new person who was assigned has taken over. It took them months to send paper work for determining a reduced payment plan at the same time their lawyers have been moving forward in the court to sell our home. We need help now. The Federal lawsuits against Citi Mortgage forbids such action in our state of Texas. We need the Clerks of the Court to help. I want to keep our home for now and future generations. If you need more details please contact me.
