Call the VA immediately and talk to them on his behalf, they will let you know what he can and cannot qualify for.

Re: File a complain on assistance given from an agency

No clue who ACAP is but your list is extensive. I would assume it will cost more to repair all the items needing repair then possibly what the home is worth? How you lived in this home for so long without heat, water, tub, shower, stove is beyond me. The home does in fact sound as if it should be &q...

Re: rent and deposit

Places do no help without proof of income, they are not going to assist in moving you into a place without knowing you can actually pay for afterwards. Stay where you are, get jobs, save money then move.

Sorry no one pays for cars nor car insurance. You can apply for food stamps online as well as look for a doctor. Try 211 for local resource information for food and possibly home essentials.

Re: Need help with rental assistance and utilities.

Go back to work, disability takes upwards of two years (or more) to receive. Most places that assist will not due so if you are not working. Move in with friends or family, apply for welfare benefits and see what is available.

Re: Property taxes on grandmothers home

Call the county tax office and tell them your situation. Most times they will try and work something out with you, they really don't want you to lose your house either.

You are obviously confused. This is a resource website not your local gas company. Good luck getting assistance calling the BBB or lawyer or newstation.

Re: My kids need toys and clothing at Christmas

You must apply for section 8 directly with your local housing office. Usually there is a 2-3 year wait. You can call the local police and ask them to do a welfare check on your nephew, they will go by and see that he is ok. Check in the month of Sept or Oct at your local Salvation Army for Christmas...
