united way website. www. 211.org. It has a resource directory for your area that has food pantries, rent and utility help, charity organizations and churches.

Scary but there is usually no help for people like us. I suggest getting student loans and grants and go to college or back to college to get higher paying jobs. The extra $$ left over will pay a lot of your bills. No other ideas, sorry

Sorry about your ordeal but maybe you should have used your time wisely when you had it. I know for a fact that Katrina victims got free housing, utility help, food ect, for a long time after the hurricane came through, like 2 years! www. 211.org the united way resource directory has many areas for help. It shows the shelters in your area. Local churches and charities. Go to a women's shelter or get a subsidized apartment and utility help and food stamps. Also get a student loan and go to college. you can get a big check at the ...

Try state or governemnt entities, call the dhs department. There is free help for weatherization and stuff like that for qualified households.

Of course you can! Just contact your lender ie. bank or department of education and ask for a hardship deferrment and/or forebearment. As long as you are in school or unemployed/underemployed you can get help.
