Well I think if you have a job upcoming and you will be able to pay bills in the future, then you can look into an auto refinance from a bank or lender. They can help people save hundreds of dollars per year on their car payments by lower interest rates and/or extending payment periods on car loans....

Not sure. Call your local town government office and ask them to clear the street. Maybe a community action agency can provide some type of support as well.
