I am trying to find information on how to catch up with bills. I have been speaking with various companies, but due to my credit is poor and I "make too much" for state assistance, I wanted to know if there are any foundations out there that would assist? I live in the State of SC.

Is there someone a person can speak with to see if they can go on a payment plan for property taxes? I am not able to pay the taxes in full, but I am willing to work with a payment plan for so much to be taken each month. Can you assist me with this? Has anyone had any luck with the Loan modification process with IndyMac/OneWest? I have sent them the information they requested several times. I am trying to get this settled before the ARM goes into affect in 2011.

I am need of how to apply for a grant for my basement foundation. It is starting to crack and is beginning to "bow in" in the middle. This is a great concern due to if this fails, the house will fall in. We live in Fountain Inn, South Carolina a rural area. Can you assist with any information?
