Financial advisors push stock during pandemic

Financial advisors usually don't own individual stock they just sell them to saps as they are too risky. Be wary of them pushing individual stocks during this pandemic crisis. Mine is pushing mutual funds for diversity. How can the market keep going down at these levels?
I knew when this would happen there would be even more homeless in Los Angeles (where I live) as so many people live on the financial edge, debt, and worse.
I remember in 1973 people were saying if they had any money they buy stocks. It was pretty bad, but is was a good time to buy a mutual fund if you had any money left.

There are resources in which you can get free financial advice during a crisis, including Covid-19 Pandemic. Organizations, even national groups, can give advice on investing, debt reduction, whether to cash in a 401K or whatever. Find the list of agencies here.

Almost all of them are pro-bono in the advice they give.
