Transitional housing and homeless shelters in York County PA.

The short term housing sites in York County specialize in assisting people of a certain background, and also on placing clients into long term, permanent homes and apartments. As an example of the services, there may be transitional housing for women, victims of domestic violence, parents with children, and single men. Emergency homeless shelters are also available in York PA. So the agencies that run these locations focus on a certain guest.

Case managers from the York County will also partner with the struggling or homeless individual on locating a permanent solution to their housing needs. As part of this process, they will also provide referrals to emergency aid ranging from meals to clothing and employment resources. So the challenge that is faced by the client will be tackled in many different directions.
