Washington County Maryland food pantries.

There are dozens of churches, charities, and non-profits that operate food banks in Washington County Maryland. Depending on the agency, there may be an on-site pantry, a place that offer hygiene supplies, clothes, and holidays meals. Many other items may be given out as well from the food pantries.

The goal is to never turn anyone away. So even if a food bank can't give groceries or serve a meal, they will refer the prospective client to another service. As there may also be assistance from other programs, such as SNAP food stamps, USDA commodities, or WIC vouchers among others.

So the main food pantries to turn to in an emergency in Washington County Maryland are below. Whether it is free food, canned goods, clothes, school supplies, or a free holiday meal, help is sometimes available.
