Bon Secours Health System
They provide free health care for families and individuals who have limited incomes. The cutoff is typically at 200 percent of the poverty level. If addition to the free health care, above that income level, all uninsured patients admitted will qualify for a 30 percent discount on hospital bills. They also have a maximum that people can pay. The annual household liability per family is capped at 15 percent of household income that is in greater than 200 percent of the poverty level. Chesapeake General Hospital
Provides free health care for families that have incomes that are below 200 percent of the poverty level. Also, they offer discounts on hospital bills for other uninsured patients, and these reductions are negotiable on a case by case basis.

Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters
They provide hospital bill savings. There is a sliding scale of discounts provided that are for incomes up to 400 percent of the poverty level. Additional savings are negotiable.
