Ventura County Catholic Charities – They administer some of their own programs and also offer referrals. They can also partner with other public and private agencies, non-profits, and charities in the area. The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura processes applications for section 8 housing vouchers. However there is almost always an extensive waiting list.
