Tulare County free clothing closets and thrift stores.

Thousands of families receive some form of assistance from non-profit clothing closets in Tulare County California. The locations will try to provide free items to the less fortunate, low income, and working poor. Coats, free school supplies, general clothing items, and more may be passed out to income qualified residents. If someone does not qualify for support from a clothing bank, then thrift stores will sell gently used items to the general public at low prices.
