This can include shopping more efficiently, saving money on utility bills, using thrift stores and more. A combination of advice, shopping tips and coupons may all be used.

The local Saint Vincent is a great resource for the working poor, unemployed, and less fortunate. While the Riverside churches and charities may have very limited amounts of direct assistance, what this particular center does best is offer referrals to other non-profits and government programs.
