Pinellas County clothing closets.

Several non-profits in Pinellas County Florida run programs that provide clothing and household items for people and children who need it. The exact type and amount of items available at these clothing closets will vary widely. What is available will depend on what has been contributed from people in the community, and this can change over the course of the year. Many of the centers in the region, including in St. Petersburg, will also offer work and clothes, maternity items, shoes, school supplies and much more.

While most of what is available is considered as secondhand clothing, it is maintained and will be in decent shape. Items are offered for residents regardless of their age, including children and/or adolescents. Clothing closets will also try to focus on meeting the needs of people who are working or those of children attending school. For example, backpacks, dresses, pantsuits, shoes, and more may be offered. Other items in Pinellas County may include household items like furniture, personal hygiene items, and more.
