Nevada free food banks and emergency pantries.

Nevada food banks provide free or discounted groceries, food, hot meals, and other forms of non-financial support to tens of thousands of families each and every month. Thousands of children from low income families and seniors are also some of the main users of the free food pantries. Find information on the various non-profit food bank organizations near you listed below, their phone numbers, addresses, and learn who to call when you are faced with a hardship.

Most of the non-profits also partner with other financial aid and non-profit organizations throughout the state. For example, they may provide food to your local church, or the Salvation Army, who then distributes the groceries to those in the community who most need it. Many local food pantries near you may also have information on other both state of Nevada and national government food assistance programs.

In addition, please note that most counties in Nevada also have other non-profits that can provide emergency assistance to the low income and people who need help. Ask the staff at a non-profit pantry or distribution center for a comprehensive listing of assistance programs. There is also a phone number at the bottom of the page for referrals to other local food pantries in Nevada.
