Help with rent in Hudson County and Jersey City.

Locate ways to get rental assistance in Jersey City and Hudson County New Jersey. A number of non-profit community agencies, government programs, and charities can provide people faced with a hardship or crisis emergency funds to pay rent, security deposits, and help in stopping an eviction. Call one of the greater Jersey City organizations below for information and assistance.

If you need help paying rent, security deposits, or are faced with an eviction, do not hesitate to call or stop by one of the Hudson County organizations below. Some provide direct cash assistance that the low income and needy can use to pay their rent. Others, in particular the housing authorities, can provide rental assistance from solutions such as section 8 housing voucher programs, or low income housing. Every year thousands of local families receive some form of rent assistance from one or more of the agencies and programs referenced below.
