Jackson County and Medford Oregon food pantries.

Several food banks and faith based groups in Jackson County provide support to the needy. While they try not to turn anyone away that may be facing hunger, the food pantries do have limited resources and hours. Residents of the county, including the city of Medford, can find everything from free groceries to clothing and information on public aid.

The leading centers to contact are below. Based on donation levels, and the number of volunteers that are working at the food pantry, they may have some or all of the following. Non-profits will have canned goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, baby formula, meats, and more. A focus is on feeding children in Jackson County as well as senior citizens.

While there are no guarantees, a location may also offer clothing or special holiday meals. Some sites will also direct people living in poverty to SNAP food stamps or similar aid, such as USDA surplus commodities.
